THE VISION
When this family relocated from New York City to Upper Saddle River, their new-construction home came with a bonus room that had no defined purpose — four walls and great light, nothing else. Studio Titus Designs envisioned floor-to-ceiling built-ins wrapping the entire room: open shelving styled for books and treasures, plus a wide bench seat with integrated storage below.
BRINGING IT TO LIFE
Studio Titus Designs provided elevations, sections, and 3D renderings of the bookcases, bench seat, and storage cubbies below, along with a specified paint brand and color. We translated those into comprehensive shop drawings for Studio Titus Designs' approval and delivered painted wood samples directly to the client. We also coordinated with the electrician to route power for the wall lamps and baseboard receptacles built into the design.
