THE VISION
With two working parents sharing one home office, this Ridgewood family needed a desk built for two — real workspace, not an afterthought. Dama & Wood (D&W) sketched the desk's footprint wrapping the corner window and pulled inspiration photos establishing the look: a floating style desk with legs on each side, wall-mounted L-shape in a light, natural wood tone that would give each parent their own zone.
BRINGING IT TO LIFE
We turned D&W's sketch into shop drawings for their approval, then worked through the designer to walk the client through wood species, desktop thickness, and finish options. Once we delivered a customized sample for approval, we worked directly with the client to arrange wall prep and installation of the finished, floating desk.
