These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of hardwoodalchemy.net (the “Site”), operated by Hardwood Alchemy Inc. (“Hardwood Alchemy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Site to learn about our custom woodworking services and to contact us about a potential project. Information on the Site, including project examples, pricing indications, and client testimonials, is provided for general informational purposes. Testimonials reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for your project. Actual project scope, timeline, and pricing are determined individually and set out in a separate agreement between you and Hardwood Alchemy.
4. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Instagram) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hardwood Alchemy Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in this section limits any warranties or obligations set out in a separate signed project agreement.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hardwood Alchemy Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
